Shipping

Order processing time

All prints are made to order. Framed and mounted prints will be despatched within 3-4 working days (from receipt of payment).  Orders for greetings cards alone will be despatched within 1-2 working days (from receipt of payment)

Shipping method

UK orders are usually despatched via Royal Mail first class post. Larger items may be despatched by courier. You will be advised at time of ordering.

Shipping Costs

These are charged at cost and will be included in your invoice for your approval before making payment.

Estimated shipping times following despatch

United Kingdom: 1-2 business days

Europe: 3-5 business days

Outside Europe: 5-7 business daysa

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Jacqueline May Designs cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment method

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an invoice by email via PayPal. Payment is required in full before your order may be processed. Payment may be made by PayPal or Debit/Credit card.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Just contact us within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation before item has shipped

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What do I do if my order is received damaged?

Great care is taken to package your order to make sure damage does not occur in transit. If this does unfortunately happen, please email  jackie@JacquelineMayDesigns.com, with a clear picture of the damaged product.

What do I do if am not happy with my purchase once it has been delivered?

I take great care in producing each of my prints, but if you should for some reason be unhappy with your purchase, please notify me immediately by emailing at jackie@JacquelineMayDesigns.com to enable me to resolve matters for you as soon as possible.
